With over 20 years’ experience and know-how in both marketing and Public Relations, it was time to share my breadth of experience with those that need support and guidance.  During this time I have worked within both PR agencies and in-house, working with such diverse household names such as IBM, NatWest Bank and Coleman’s Mustard.  From press campaigns to new product launches and events, from sales promotions to art design and print. I have a nose for sniffing out a great story and was often found creating my own magazines with sticky tape and colouring pencils as a child. This creative approach is still applied when building successful campaigns and getting straight to the solution to build long term benefits. 
My experience also extends to running a sales-based business and managing teams, making me perfectly placed to bring my knowledge to the table to help today’s business owners. 
It's been said that I am full of creative ideas for product based business owners and will support them with honesty and a no-nonsense approach, from strategy through to implementation. Working to amplify your business to inspire and create influence in your audience.
When I am not working directly with my B2B & B2C clients I can be found delivering PR workshops. These specially designed interactive training days are designed to help business owners and marketers get the most from their marketing strategies and budgets by learning how to add PR into their marketing mix.

The weekends will find me walking my dogs, feeding my hens and chatting to my Alpacas, often with a cocktail in my hand or a good book by my side.
